Dendrobium kingianum
Grows between rocks in protected positions. Small fragrant blooms, from white to pink to mauve, lasting several weeks but may take a few years before flowering. Spray as you water other garden plants, especially during hot periods.
If you plant between rocks add potting mixture beneath so the roots have something to source food.

The name Dendrobium kingianum is a combination of the Greek words dendron, meaning “tree”, and bios, meaning “life”, and the name of Captain Phillip Parker King, an Australian explorer and naval officer.
